Tidy up a PDF visually

Scanned documents often contain blank pages, duplicate pages, pages in the wrong order or pages upside down. Seeing thumbnails makes fixing them quick: spot the problem, tap a button, save. It’s ideal for preparing applications, assignments and reports before submitting.

What you can do

• Delete pages such as blank backs of single-sided scans or pages you don’t want to share.
• Reorder pages by moving them earlier or later.
• Rotate pages individually in 90° steps.

Large documents

Thumbnails render one by one, so you can start working before all appear. For very long PDFs where you know the page numbers, split PDF (extract mode) can be faster; for rotating many pages at once, rotate PDF accepts page ranges.

After organising

• Add numbering with page numbers.
• Reduce the size for portals with compress PDF.
• Combine with other files using merge PDF.
