One tool for every exam upload
Online applications for recruitment and entrance exams in India nearly always ask for scanned images in very specific formats: a photograph and signature, and for bank exams also a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration. Each has its own pixel dimensions, minimum and maximum file size, and sometimes a DPI. Getting any of these wrong can block the application at the upload step, often close to the deadline when portals are slow.
This tool stores those requirements as presets. Pick the exam and document and it does everything at once: crops to the right shape, resizes to the exact pixels, compresses to fit the KB range, and writes the DPI.
Presets you can trust, and verify
Each preset shows the date it was last checked and a link to the official website. Notifications change between cycles, so treat the preset as a starting point and compare it with the notification you are applying under. The presets are maintained from our admin panel and updated as new notifications are released.

Preparing good source images
- Photo: recent, colour, front-facing, plain light background, good daylight.
- Signature: sign in black or dark blue ink on white paper, larger than usual.
- Thumb impression: use a blue or black ink pad and press the left thumb evenly on white paper.
- Declaration: write the exact text given in the notification, in your own handwriting, in English.
For signatures and declarations, the tool automatically whitens the paper so the writing stays clear even at small sizes.
Double-check before you submit
Use the photo checker to confirm dimensions, KB and format of any file. Everything runs in your browser, so your images are never uploaded.
