Countdown to a Date
Create a live countdown to any date and share it with a link.
How to use the Countdown
- Enter the event name.
- Pick the date and time.
- Watch the live countdown in days, hours, minutes and seconds.
- Copy the link to share the same countdown with others.
Count down to what matters
A visible countdown keeps goals and events front of mind: an exam date for your study plan, a wedding or anniversary, a festival like Diwali, a trip, a product launch or a sale. Seeing the days tick down helps with planning and motivation.
Shareable by link
The event name and date are saved in the page’s web address. Copy the link and share it on WhatsApp, e-mail or social media; anyone who opens it sees the same countdown, running live in their browser. Bookmark it to come back any time. No account or sign-up needed.
Time zones
The countdown uses the time zone of the device viewing it. A countdown to “1 January, 00:00” reaches zero at local midnight for each viewer. For events at a specific time in India, such as an exam starting at 10:00 IST, people abroad should convert the time with the time zone converter.
Study planning tip
For exam preparation, pair a countdown with a plan: divide the syllabus by the number of weeks left and reserve the last 2–3 weeks for revision and mock tests. Knowing “62 days left” is more motivating than “two months”.

- Weddings and anniversaries: send the link to family.
- Festivals like Diwali, Holi or Eid, and New Year’s Eve.
- Product launches, sales and event registrations for your business.

Each link is independent, so create as many countdowns as you like.
The countdown updates every second and keeps running as long as the page is open, on any phone or computer.
