Images to PDF
Turn several photos or phone scans into one tidy PDF document, ready to submit or share.
Your files never leave your device. Processing happens in your browser.
How to use the Images to PDF
- Add your photos or scanned pages.
- Arrange them in order.
- Set page size, orientation and margins.
- Create the PDF and download it.
Scan paperwork with just your phone
You don’t need a scanner to submit documents as a PDF. Photograph each page with your phone, then combine the photos here into one PDF. It’s the fastest way to send multi-page documents like rent agreements, admission forms, medical reports or handwritten assignments.
Taking good document photos
- Place each page on a dark, flat surface in daylight.
- Hold the phone directly above the page so it isn’t slanted.
- Fill the frame with the page, leaving a small margin.
- Avoid flash, which causes glare on glossy paper.
If a page comes out crooked or sideways, fix it with crop or rotate before adding it.
Layout options
A4 with a medium margin produces a document that looks scanned and prints well. “Auto” orientation turns landscape photos into landscape pages. The “Smaller file” option keeps large phone photos from creating a huge PDF, which matters for e-mail and portal uploads.
Same tool as Image to PDF
This page uses the same converter as our Image to PDF tool, where you’ll find a detailed guide to page sizes and file sizes. If the PDF is still too big for a portal, reduce it with compress PDF, or combine it with other PDFs using merge PDF.
Private
Your photos are processed in the browser and never uploaded, and the PDF has no watermark.
Quick answers
How do I scan both sides of a card into one PDF? Photograph the front and back, add both here, and create the PDF; each side becomes one page. What page size do government portals expect? A4 is standard. Why is my PDF upside down? Rotate the photo before adding it, or fix the finished PDF with rotate PDF. Can I add more pages later? Create a new PDF with the extra images and combine both with merge PDF. Is there a watermark? No, the output is clean.
